  • What's the process of creating a Magic Movie?

    Select and upload up to 60 videos and 60 photos. Then our professional video editors get to work adding transitions and music. Once our editors have done their work. You will be able to stream you Magic Movies and your original content on Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV and Chromecast.

    If you purchased a DVD, you will receive your Magic Movie and original content on an archive grade DVD.

  • How can I stream on my TV?

    To setup an Apple TV or Fire TV, follow the directions below.

    1. Download Yours.co on Apple TV or Fire TV, by clicking the link or by searching for Yours.co in the store.
    2. When you launch the Yours.co channel, a code will display and you will be prompted to go to app.yours.co/link. Enter the code and now you’re connected.
    3. That’s it! Start watching your Magic Movies and your original content on your personal home movie channel.

    To setup a Roku device, follow the directions below.

    1. Click here to download the Yours.co channel to your Roku device. It will give you a warning message since we are considered a private channel.
    2. It may take up to 24 hours for the channel to appear since Roku only updates every day. You can force an update by going into your Roku settings (Settings > System > System update).
    3. When you launch the Yours.co channel, a code will display and you will be prompted to go to app.yours.co/link. Enter the code and now you’re connected.
    4. That’s it! Start watching your Magic Movies and your original content on your personal home movie channel.
  • How long will it take for me to get my Magic Movie?

    Please allow 5 days from the time we receive your content for us to produce your Magic Movie. You will be notified once your movie is ready to stream.

    If receiving a DVD, please allow 10-15 days for us to produce and ship your DVD.

  • Will my data be kept safe?

  • What if I’m not satisfied with my order?

    We want you to be happy, with your DVD. If for any reason, you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, let us know what you’d like to see changed and give us a chance to try one more time.

    After that, if you still aren’t happy with the product, we’ll refund you the purchase price.

     

  • How is this different than Google Photos and Facebook Memories?

    Magic Movies are not an A.I. mash-up designed for a one-time viewing and sharing. They are beautiful long-form, home movies up to 30 minutes in length that you will want to keep forever.

  • How can I upload videos and photos that are saved in other locations not on my phone, i.e. desktop, hard-drive, Google Photos etc.?

    Currently, you can only upload videos and photos that are on your phone. We are working on a way for you to upload content from your desktop and cloud services.

  • Can I get duplicate copies of my DVD?

    Additional DVD copies are $5 each and can be ordered up to 60 days after your original purchase.

  • What DVD players are compatible with the DVDs?

    The DVDs should work in most DVD players including gaming consoles and computer disc drives.

    To have the best experience, use a DVD player that was made after 2012.
